2010 Gingerbread House Display & Raffle

Saturday, February 13, 2010, 12-3PM

Make and donate a gingerbread house to “Made From the Heart” 2010 Gingerbread House Display & Raffle! Have a great time participating in a traditional craft and support North Attleboro’s Food Pantry (Lenore’s Pantry) and Haitian aid through the Episcopal Relief Fund. Professionals, organizations, groups, scout troupes, classes, families, friends, and individuals are welcome to participate.

Participation Requirements:

• All entries will be accepted, but we reserve the right to withhold public display based on inappropriate subject matter.

• Small entries must fit on a 10” x 14” cake board, must be edible, and must be easily transportable (not too fragile).

• Large entries must fit on a 20” x 26” cake board, must be edible, and can be partially assembled on sight between the hours of 10am and 11:30am

• Entries must be delivered to Grace Episcopal Church, 104 N. Washington Street, North Attleboro, MA no later than 10:00 AM Saturday morning on February 13^th.

Participant Incentives:

Each participant will receive an award certificate for participation as well as 1-3^rd place ribbons based on attendee voting. Photos of winning entries will be published in local media and displayed at North Attleboro Town Hall at Lenore’s Pantry. The “Made From the Heart” 2010 Gingerbread House Display is also a part of the Downtown Associates of North Attleboro’s (DANA) Annual Chocolate Lovers Stroll. Stroll tickets are not required to attend the display.
A suggested donation for the display is separate from the price of the stroll tickets.
100% proceeds from the display donations will be split evenly between the two selected outreach programs. (Ticket’s for the Chocolate Lovers Stroll ($6) can be purchased at many participating downtown locations, i.e. Shirley’s Chocolates.)

• Please pre-register to submit a house. Deadline to register is Friday, February 5th
