Note: Because we at The Graceful Gourmet are promoting a healthy way of living, the portions provided meet the suggested proportions for FDA standards for healthy, heart-wise, lowfat eating. Each entree selection containing meat is comprised of two servings of approximately 4oz of lean protein. We suggest families with larger eaters should consider adding an additional 2-serving package to your order.
